About KFLA

The Kellogg Fellows Leadership Alliance creates opportunities for 1,300 Kellogg Fellows from across the world to leave a significant legacy as a result of having participated in leadership development programs through the W.K. Kellogg Foundation.

Our History

The KFLA journey started in 2002 with a dream - a fervent desire among Kellogg Fellows - to have a space for connection, reflection and collective action. After a life-changing and transformative Fellowship experience, many Fellows stayed closely connected among their cohorts. They also saw the need to connect between cohorts in order to share their expertise, leverage their influence and create greater impact.

Out of that vision, KFLA emerged as a premier place for leaders with shared values and shared experiences to gather. Fast forward 10 years and we have expanded the network to include new cohorts of Kellogg Fellows, held numerous small gatherings and large convenings, produced leadership publications, seeded leadership efforts across the globe and more. Today, we build on that foundation to create new projects led by Fellows and bring leadership lessons and expertise to our partners.
